Zagat Survey ranked The New Yorker restaurant as the Most Popular Restaurant in Utah, number one in American/Traditional Cuisine, number one in Business Dining, and number one in People Watching.

The Children’s Museum of Utah opened its “Walk on the World” satellite images exhibit at The Gateway.

Deer Valley is open for public skiing during the Games and has moved their base of operations from Snow Park Lodge to Silver Lake Village.

U.S. Bank is keeping normal hours during the Games and has added extra personnel at their branches.

Here’s an Olympic business fact: SLOC successfully produced one of the largest building banner projects in history by hanging 12 banners on downtown buildings and on the University of Utah campus. The cityscape building wraps light up the skyline with images of athletes participating in a variety of winter sports. If you haven’t seen them lit up at night, come downtown tonight and join the excitement.

The Business to Business Expo will be held May 8, 9, and 10 at the Salt Palace. It is the largest business trade show west of the Mississippi.
