Systems Web, an Internet design and solutions company, announced their title sponsorship of the Systems Web BMX Race Team. The company specializes in targeting the younger web audiences that are interested in areas such as bicycle motocross racing.

ClearOne Communications, the company formerly known as Gentner Communications, signed a definitive merger agreement to acquire E.mergent Inc., leading provider of video conferencing products and services.
