INGREDIENTS
2 pints cherry tomatoes
1 3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
5 cups small pieces of French bread
1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozzerella
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 package fresh basil, shredded
salt
DIRECTIONS
1) Heat over to 400 degrees.
2) Mix chicken broth, cream and 2 eggs in large bowl. Put bread pieces in the liquid to soak for ten minutes.
3) Slice tomatoes in half. Add them to mixture. Add mozzerella and parmesan and salt to taste. Add basil. Mix all together.
4) Pour into greased baking dish, sprinkle with more parmesan and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
