This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.

How many of us would like to have "new vigor and youthfulness?" Well, I think the answer to that question is "All of us!"

The word "rejuvenation" means to give new vigor or to renew and refresh. It means to make young or youthful again.

Well, I don't know if Karen Kasteler at Rejuvenation Massage can actually make you younger, but she can make you feel a whole lot better and indeed refresh and renew your body and spirit.

Karen was a dental hygienist for many years. It was a profession that provided a much needed and beneficial service but just didn't present Karen with the satisfaction and happiness that she desired. She decided to grab her life by the years, give it a good shake, and change professions. She became a licensed massage therapist and she told me that doing something she loves has made a huge difference in her life. She told me, "Connecting with my clients on all levels of their being, body, mind and soul…has given me fulfillment that I had never experienced before."

Karen Kasteler worked in other salons for a period of time and then decided to take the big step and open her own facility. She found a location in a beautiful historical mansion on 2600 East and 3300 South. Her facility offers a very relaxing atmosphere with the sounds of soft music and water fountains. She concentrates on relaxing the muscles of her clients and increasing their circulation, releasing tension and assisting in lowering blood pressure and removing toxins from the body.

It's nice to be pampered. People need connection. They need touch. They need to relax. Many people are nice to others but frequently don't like themselves enough to be treated to an hour of relaxation, peace, serenity and yes, rejuvenation. There is a great deal of stress in our respective lives. A hot oil message just might provide much needed stress relief and provide the opportunity to renew, refresh and generate the feeling of new vigor and youthfulness.

For Zions Bank, I’m Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
