Protek Security has opened a branch in Park City.

The Utah Chapter of the American Planning Association has recognized Cooper Roberts Simonsen Architects for their work in building better Utah cities by designing with the city’s history, beauty, and future in mind. The awards were for “planned development” and the design of a history park.

Bremer Public Relations has been awarded the local Krispy Kreme Doughnuts account.

Glenwild, the private Tom Fazio-designed golf course in Park City, officially broke ground for the first home lot on the course. This is the first of 200 lots to be developed at Glenwild.

According to a study by Creighton University, although the economy in the Mountain States region continues to slow down, it is contracting at a much slower rate than the rest of the U.S.
