HOLYOKE, Mass. (AP) — Three-time Olympic gold medalist Misty May-Treanor will be inducted into the Volleyball Hall of Fame.
Also to be enshrined Oct. 22 at the sport's birthplace in Holyoke, Massachusetts, is Danielle Scott-Arruda. She played in five Olympics with the U.S. indoor team, winning two silver medals.
Brazilian beach legend Emanuel Rego, a five-time Olympian and five-time FIVB sportsperson of the year, is also in the class of 2016.
Serbian Nikola Grbic will join Vladimir Grbic in the Hall — the first brothers inducted. South Korea's Park Man-bok, the coach of the Peru team in four Olympics, will also enter the Hall of Fame.
