Deer Valley Resort President and General Manager Bob Wheaton announced today that the Resort will invest over $8 million dollars in improvements for the 2001/2002 ski season. The improvements range from increased snowmaking capabilities to completing a brand new lodge.
Here’s an Olympic business fact: Many Utahans are taking direct action in order to take advantage of the Olympics. For example, the Avenues-Capitol Hill Neighborhood Community Councils got together to provide host homes for Olympic Athlete’s families. They are also organizing tours and dinners.
