HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) — A police spokeswoman says foul play isn't suspected in the death of a woman who died after paramedics were summoned to a report that she was having a medical episode behind a Henderson shopping center on an intensely hot day.

The Clark County coroner identified the woman as Paula Kerry Sterben, and said Monday it'll take several weeks to determine a cause of death.

Henderson police spokeswoman Michelle French says the death isn't considered suspicious, but police are investigating.

She says paramedics were called a little before 5 p.m. Sunday to Sterben's aid near the shopping center off Green Valley Parkway and Pebble Road.

The National Weather Service reported temperatures of 110 degrees just an hour earlier at nearby McCarran International Airport.
