Glyphics Communications, Inc., recently signed an agreement to provide co-branded telecommunications services for Novell Users International. The services include discounted long distance and calling cards. A portion of services used is credited back to members for purchase of Novell products.

Gentner Communications Corporation’s Board of Directors has approved a stock repurchase program to purchase up to 500,000 shares of the company’s common stock over the next six months.
