BEDFORD, N.H., Aug 4, 2006 (UPI via COMTEX) -- A New Hampshire woman has taken multitasking to new highs by using her SUV to bake cookies while she is working at the office.
Sandi Fontaine of Bedford, N.H., has been baking chocolate chip cookies on the dashboard of her Toyota Rav4 for three summers, and her co-workers have no complaints about her going out to the parking lot from time to time to check on them.
She told the Manchester (N.H.) Union Leader the only requirement for a good batch is that the outdoor temperature be at least 95 degrees, as that will heat the interior of a sealed SUV up to 200 perfect baking degrees.
The mobile oven also means she saves money on air fresheners, the newspaper said.
"When you open the door to that car, it's like, oh my God. It's a wonderful smell," she said.
