LONDON (AP) — Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola will go head-to-head for the first time as English Premier League managers on Sept. 10 when Manchester United and Manchester City meet in the derby at Old Trafford.
The fixtures for the 2016-17 Premier League season were announced Wednesday, with Mourinho's first competitive game in charge of United coming at Bournemouth on the weekend of Aug. 13-14. Guardiola's first league game as City manager is at home to Sunderland.
The first Manchester derby is in the fourth round of games.
Leicester will start the defense of its title away to promoted Hull, while the highlights of the first round of fixtures are Arsenal-Liverpool and Chelsea-West Ham.
