SALT LAKE CITY -- Democrats may now have a clearer path to the White House than ever before in the 2016, according to an analyst who has advised previous candidates.
Kirk Jowers, former director of the Hinckley Institute of Politics at the University of Utah, told KSL's Doug Wright the departure of Ted Cruz and John Kasich from the GOP race gives democrats a candidate to unite against in Donald Trump.
"They'd better not pay these democratic consultants very much," Jowers said. "They've got an easy gig."
