SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — San Francisco's police department will be going back to class to learn how to avoid harassment. Police Chief Greg Suhr plans to formally announce the new anti-harassment training today and unveil other steps he's taking to combat bias in the department in the wake of a racist text message scandal.

COSTA MESA, Calif. (AP) — Police say they arrested at least four protesters following a Donald Trump rally in Orange County, California, where raucous crowds took to the streets late yesterday. Police say one Trump supporter had his face bloodied in a scuffle. One man jumped on a police car, smashing the front and rear windows and denting the top. Other protests sprayed graffiti on a police car and the venue's marquee.

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — North Korea is accusing U.S. soldiers of making fun of their troops and other alleged provocations near the border. A North Korean military statement warned U.S. soldiers to stop what it called "hooliganism" at the inter-Korean border village of Panmunjom or they'll meet a "dog's death any time and any place."

BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — Sentencing is scheduled in Colorado today for a woman convicted of attempted murder after cutting a nearly 8-month-old fetus from a stranger's womb. District Attorney Stan Garnett has said 36-year-old Dynel Lane could spend the rest of her life in prison after a jury convicted her in February. Prosecutors say they were not able to charge her with murder because a coroner found no evidence the fetus lived outside the womb.

BRUSSELS (AP) — Officials say there's been an unexpected growth spurt in the eurozone's economy. In a preliminary estimate, Eurostat says the economy grew by a quarterly rate of 0.6 percent in the first three months of year, meaning the currency bloc has finally clawed back the ground lost during the recessions it has suffered since 2008. Eurostat also says inflation fell.
