LAWYERS FOR TOM GREEN WILL TRY TO SPRING THE POLYGAMIST FROM PRISON TODAY. THEY'LL GO BEFORE A JUDGE AND ASK THAT HE BE RELEASED WHILE HIS CASE IS APPEALED TO A HIGHER COURT. DEFENSE ATTORNEY JOHN BUCHER SAYS HE CAN'T BELIEVE THE JUDGE WOULD LOCK GREEN UP BECAUSE HE'S A "DANGER TO THE COMMUNITY."
