Woman identified in deadly crash near Hildale

ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) — Authorities have identified the person who died in a four-vehicle crash near Hildale as an Arizona woman.

The Spectrum reports (http://bit.ly/1MvdFuv ) that the Utah Highway Patrol says 22-year-old Rachel Cawley, of Centennial Park, died Tuesday in the collision that also left another driver in critical condition.

A news release from the UHP says an Audi had been heading east when it crossed the center line and struck Cawley, who had been driving an SUV in the westbound lane.

The Audi also hit a pickup truck and was struck by a minivan.

The juvenile driving the Audi was taken to a hospital in critical condition. A woman and a child in the minivan were hospitalized for minor injuries.
