ALLENDALE, Mich. (AP) — Grand Valley State University is promoting Keri Becker to athletic director, naming her the successor to retiring athletic director Tim Selgo.
The announcement was made Thursday. Becker is being promoted from associate athletic director and senior woman administrator. She has been associate athletic director at the school in western Michigan since 2011.
Selgo is retiring in July after 20 years as athletic director.
The other finalists to replace Selgo at the Division II program were Northern State University athletic director Josh Moon, St. Cloud State athletic director Heather Weems and Miami University associate athletic director Steve Brockelbank.
