MILWAUKEE (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz says nominating front-runner Donald Trump would be a train wreck. Cruz also got a boost from Wisconsin Gov. Sarah Palin, speaking on behalf of Donald Trump, told the gathering that Trump is the only one speaking rationally about foreign policy. Walker says a Cruz win in Tuesday's primary will change the momentum.
