CLEVELAND (AP) — The Cleveland Browns have released wide receiver Dwayne Bowe after one disappointing season. Bowe had just five catches for 53 yards last season for Cleveland after signing a two-year, $12.5 million free agent contract. That deal included $9 million guaranteed.
WASHINGTON (AP) — For the last time as president, Barack Obama has made his final NCAA Tournament selections. The commander in chief picked as his Final Four Kansas, Texas A&M, North Carolina and Michigan State. His choice to take it all is the Kansas Jayhawks.
STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) — Damon Stoudamire (STOW'-duh-my-ur) played in the NBA 13 years and was a league Rookie of the Year. He is now the head coach at Pacific after spending the past seven years as an assistant coach with the NBA's Memphis Grizzlies and in college at Arizona.
