SIMI VALLEY, Calif. (AP) — A diverse group of mourners has arrived for Nancy Reagan's funeral at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California. They include former Reagan administration official Ed Meese, Katie Couric, Larry King, Mike Love of the Beach Boys, television writer and producer Norman Lear and Steve Ford, son of the late President Gerald Ford. Singer Johnny Mathis is also there. He became friends with Nancy Reagan and often visited her home in the Bel Air area of Los Angeles, where she died Sunday at age 94.

ST. LOUIS (AP) — A large crowd has turned out for a Donald Trump rally at a theater in St. Louis. It's the first public campaign event for Trump since one of his supporters was charged with punching a protester at a Wednesday rally. The line waiting to get into today's rally circled several blocks. Most were turned away — the theater holds just 3,100 people. Dozens of city police officers stood at various points in the line. Others watched from rooftops of neighboring buildings. Several protesters marched outside, mostly in an area confined behind a makeshift fence. Some exchanged shouts with Trump supporters.

UNDATED (AP) — Marco Rubio says he hasn't thought much beyond what happens in Tuesday's crucial Florida primary. He says he's focused on winning the winner-take-all primary, dismissing several polls in the last week showing him trailing Donald Trump in his home state. Rubio also says he's not had any talks or meetings with rivals Ted Cruz or John Kasich (KAY'-sihk) to team up to defeat GOP front-runner Donald Trump. But Rubio's campaign is urging Ohio voters to support Kasich, Ohio's governor, in next week's Ohio primary, saying he's the only one who can beat Trump in the state.

ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE (AP) — The White House says some recent comments by Republican senators prove that the GOP's refusal to consider an Obama Supreme Court nominee is motivated entirely by party politics. Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson has acknowledged that there wouldn't be the same opposition to a nominee from a conservative president. White House Spokesman Josh Earnest says the president is still reviewing candidates -- and there might not be a nominee announced until he returns from Cuba and Argentina later this month.

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Puerto Rico's Health Department is reporting 201 confirmed Zika cases. The report comes amid warnings the U.S. territory could face an epidemic of the mosquito-borne virus. Officials say 21 of those cases involve pregnant women. This concerns health authorities because Zika may be linked to a defect that causes babies to have unusually small heads and brain damage.
