FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Fargo's Planning Commission has approved a zoning change for a proposed large-scale apartment complex that some homeowners oppose.
Bison Village would be a 400-unit apartment complex in north Fargo. Many area homeowners don't want apartments geared toward college students in the area because they fear it could lead to traffic and other problems.
The Planning Commission on Tuesday voted 7-2 to recommend a zoning change that would clear the way for Bison Village. The City Commission will have the final say.
