FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) — Jamie Patrick scored 21 points, and Ellen Nystrom had 16 points, nine rebounds and nine assists to help 22nd-ranked Colorado State beat Fresno State 68-55 Tuesday night and secure the Rams' third-straight outright regular-season Mountain West Conference title.

The Bulldogs led 45-44 after three quarters, but were outscored 24-10 in the fourth as Colorado State made 6 of 12 from the field, including 4 of 6 from 3-point range, and 8 of 8 foul shots in the final 10 minutes.
