TORONTO (AP) — The NBA's All-Star game is taking place this evening Toronto. The game marks the last All-Star appearance, as a player at least, of Kobe Bryant. The 20-year veteran is retiring at the end of the season.

UNDATED (AP) — Following two day games in Top-25 play there are three night games coming up. Fourth-ranked Iowa leads the schedule for this evening with a game at Minnesota while No. 12 Miami is at Florida State. In the lone game with two ranked schools participating, 17th-ranked Arizona is home to No. 23 Southern California.

UNDATED (AP) — Three games are being contested on ice this afternoon. In Buffalo the Sabres are playing the Avalanche while the Kings are at New Jersey and the Red Wings are home to the Bruins. Tonight the Blues are at Tampa Bay and the Rangers are home to the Flyers.

PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. (AP) — Third-round leader Phil Mickelson has completed two holes of the final round of the PGA's Pebble Beach Pro-Am. He is even for the day and remains 16 under par, two shots in front of Hiroshi Iwata and Freddie Jacobson, who have each completed two holes as well.

NAPLES, Fla. (AP) — Bernhard Langer has a five-shot lead in the early going of the final round of the Champions Tour Chubb Classic. The German is even through five and 16-under while Wes Short is 3-under for the day after six holes and 11-under for the tournament.
