MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Kendry Morales' sacrifice fly and two errors allowed Eric Aybar to score the go-ahead run as the Salt Lake Bees defeated Memphis 4-to-3 last night in Tennessee. Morales' sacrifice fly in the eighth followed back-to-back singles by Tommy Murphy and Aybar. Murphy scored as third baseman Rico Washington cut off the throw from left fielder Mike Rose. Washington fired to second, attempting to nail Aybar, but his throw sailed into right field. Brian Martin retrieved the ball, but made an errant throw to the middle of the infield, which allowed Aybar to make it all the way home. Marcus Gwyn struck out two in a scoreless seventh for the win.
