NEW YORK (AP) — The Empire State Building will shine in the colors of the teams playing in the AFC and NFC championship games Sunday.
The 1,454-foot landmark skyscraper will be lit in blue, red and white on the East side of the building for the New England Patriots on Sunday, while the North side will be in blue, orange and white for the Denver Broncos.
The West side will be decked out in sky blue and white for the Carolina Panthers, and the South side in red and white for the Arizona Cardinals.
The winners — who will play in Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, California — will each get their team colors on two sides of the Empire State Building following the completion of both conference championship games.
