LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police say burglary suspects trying to elude an officer in their vehicle, leading to a pedestrian and several others getting injured.

KLAS-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1Pyefmi) that the incident took place Friday after police received calls about several males carrying items out of a home.

Officers responded to a home on Compass Rose Way near Rainbow Boulevard.

An officer saw a vehicle fitting the description of the suspects' vehicle nearby and attempted to make a traffic stop.

Police say the vehicle fled and then hit another car.

The impact caused the suspects' vehicle to jump the curb and hit a pedestrian.

Police say six people, including a juvenile, had to be taken to a hospital.

Their conditions as well as the suspects' were not immediately known Saturday.
