MANCHESTER, England (AP) — Adnan Januzaj is set to return to Manchester United from Borussia Dortmund after failing to get enough games for the German club during a loan spell.
Januzaj was cutting short his season-long loan deal, a person familiar with the situation said on Wednesday.
The person confirmed British media reports to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the deal has not been made official.
The Belgium winger joined Dortmund on loan on Aug. 31. He has started only one game in the Bundesliga.
Januzaj played four games for United in August, before being surprisingly allowed to leave. His contract at United runs through 2018.
