TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) — Nathan Boothe had 24 points with five assists and Toledo pulled away early in the second half and cruised to a 90-73 victory over Northern Kentucky on Wednesday night.

Boothe was 9 of 16 from the field and grabbed eight rebounds. He's scored in double figures in 12 of 13 games. Jonathan Williams scored 15 points with nine rebounds and four assists for Toledo (9-4).

Tyler White scored 20 points to lead Northern Kentucky (4-7). Lavone Holland II and Drew McDonald added 18 points apiece.

The Norsemen closed the first half on an 8-0 spurt to pull to 45-44. Toledo opened the second half on a 17-4 run to stretch its lead to 62-48 with 14:02 left. Williams made two 3-pointers and two free throws, and Stuckey Mosley added five points during the span.

Boothe made a jumper and the Rockets had a 20-point lead with six minutes left.
