LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police say they're looking for a car and two occupants who pulled next to a vehicle in which a man was shot dead in the parking lot of a northwest Las Vegas gym. The former Florida governor commended the Nevada Legislature for creating a voucher-style Education Savings Account program during a telephone town hall. Bush said there's too much federal regulation in education.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Nevada Highway Patrol says a 38-year-old Las Vegas man died Sunday after he lost control of his Harley Davidson near Searchlight.
