ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — New Mexico residents continue to deal with the fallout of a record-breaking snowstorm that has crippled parts of the state, leaving a trail of traffic accidents and shutdowns. CHICAGO (AP) — Authorities in Chicago aren't offering more details about the fatal police shooting of a 55-year-old woman and 19-year-old student. CLEVELAND (AP) — It's been nearly 400 days since a white Cleveland police officer fatally shot a black 12-year-old carrying a pellet gun. Now, the disillusioned family of Tamir Rice says it believes it's unlikely anyone will be indicted. A decision on whether to charge the officer or his partner could come any day. A grand jury has been meeting since mid-October.

CINCINNATI (AP) — The Cincinnati Reds say 1960s star pitcher Jim O'Toole has died at his home after a long battle with cancer. The team says O'Toole, who was 78, died Saturday. O'Toole debuted at 21 for the Reds and was 98-84 over 10 seasons, finishing with the White Sox in 1967.
