HAMILTON, Mont. (AP) — The search continues for an experienced skier who was reported missing at a ski hill on the Montana-Idaho border.
The Ravalli County sheriff's office says a 65-year-old Corvallis man was reported missing on Wednesday. He was last seen Tuesday morning at the lodge at the Lost Trail Powder Mountain ski hill south of Hamilton.
Sheriff Chris Hoffman tells KTMF-TV (http://bit.ly/1My2OZB) that the ski patrol began searching for the man Wednesday morning. Search and rescue crews and the Two Bear Air helicopter crew from Whitefish joined the search Wednesday afternoon.
The search was to resume Thursday morning. The man's name has not been released.
