Hutchinson appoints 3 to various Arkansas university boards

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Gov. Asa Hutchinson has appointed three people to the boards of trustees of three universities in Arkansas.

Hutchinson on Wednesday appointed Stacy Crawford of Jonesboro the Board of Trustees of Arkansas State University, Bunny Adcock of Conway was named to the University of Central Arkansas Board of Trustees and Tom Kennedy of Little Rock was named the Board of Trustees at Arkansas Tech University.

Crawford and Kennedy's terms begin Jan. 14 and will end Jan. 14, 2021. Adcock's term is from Jan. 14 through Jan. 14, 2023.

Crawford is a social worker and is married to U.S. Rep. Rick Crawford, Adcock is vice chairman of the board at Centennial Bank and Kennedy is vice president of public affairs at Entergy Arkansas and is a former prosecuting attorney and state senator.
