SHELLEY, Idaho (AP) — A southeastern Idaho athletic director accused of pushing a female student up against a locker at a high school and rubbing his body against hers is facing a misdemeanor battery charge.
KPVI-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1S0rGjK) in a story Saturday that David Hadley pleaded not guilty on Dec. 4.
A four-page police report says that Hadley in April approached three female students in the hallway at Shelley High School and asked one why they weren't in class.
The three student accounts of what happened vary slightly but all say Hadley had one of the girls against the lockers and rubbed his torso against her.
The report says Hadley told police he put his left arm around one girl but didn't do anything inappropriate.
Shelley School District Superintendent Bryan Jolley declined to comment.
