WEST JORDAN, Utah (AP) — Authorities are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found near a West Jordan school.
Police responded to the scene near West Jordan Elementary School on Wednesday morning after residents reported the body of 33-year-old Skye Schooley on a sidewalk. Schooley had lived in the area.
Police say she had no obvious injuries, and that the woman had only been wearing a T-shirt and jeans when she was found in the cold weather.
The body has been sent to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
The case remains under investigation.
