SALT LAKE CITY — Less than two weeks after the final game of the regular season, the Pac-12 is already looking ahead to the 2016 season by releasing the conference football schedule Tuesday night.
Utah is scheduled to play two Thursday night games, including its home opener against Southern Utah on Sept. 1, one Friday night game and nine Saturday games. Utah will also have its bye week later in the year, falling on Nov. 5 between matchups against Washington and Arizona State.
Utah opens up Pac-12 play against USC at home on Friday, Sept. 23 and will feature six home games this season, including Southern Utah, BYU, USC, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon. Utah's homecoming game will be on Oct. 8 against Arizona.
Each game of the season will be broadcast nationally, according to the Pac-12 and will be shown on either the Pac-12 Network, ESPN channels, ABC, FOX and Fox Sports 1.
