REDDING, Calif. (AP) — The latest on the discovery of two dead children in a California storage facility (all times local):

Police in Redding, California, say a woman and a teenage boy arrested in a child abuse investigation are suspects in the deaths of two children whose bodies were found in a storage unit.
The Redding Police Department said Tuesday it identified two children who were in the physical custody of the 39-year-old woman and the 17-year-old boy who are missing. But police say they have yet to determine if they are the same children whose bodies were found Friday.
The department says the woman and the teenager traveled to several cities in Northern California between November 27 and December 11 and that they stayed at a motel in Dunningan, California, on November 28.

Attorneys for two people arrested in an abuse investigation that led authorities to the bodies of two children in a storage unit have declined to comment.
The 17-year-old boy and 39-year-old woman have not been charged in the deaths of the 3-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy. The two children were found dead Friday in a Redding, California, storage unit.
Instead, the teen and the woman were arrested after the same investigation led to a 9-year-old girl in a house in the town of Quincy. The Plumas County Sheriff's Office says the girl was starved and injured.
The teen and woman are charged with felony child abuse, torture and mayhem. Each is jailed on $1 million bail.
The Associated Press typically doesn't identify abuse victims and isn't naming the suspects because their relationship to the children is unclear.
Attorneys Douglas Prouty, who represents the 39-year-old, and Robert Zernich, who represents the 17-year-old, declined to comment.
The deaths are under investigation.

Homicides detectives are investigating after two children were found dead inside a commercial storage unit in Northern California.
Autopsies are planned for the 3-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy. Their names haven't been released, and no charges have been filed in their deaths.
The investigation began with a call about a possible child abuse case in the small town of Quincy.
Authorities there say they found a 9-year-old girl starved and injured. She was hospitalized, and her condition wasn't available Tuesday.
Further investigation led authorities to the bodies at the Redding storage unit.
Plumas County sheriff's officials arrested a 17-year-old boy and a woman on suspicion of felony child abuse, torture and mayhem in the case of the hospitalized girl. They remain jailed on $1 million bail each.
