LAS VEGAS (AP) — The death of a 45-year-old man whose body was found after a Las Vegas house was set ablaze has been ruled a homicide.

The Las Vegas Sun reports (http://bit.ly/1jXLdU7 ) the Clark County Coroner's Office determined that Mario Jimenez died of inhalation injuries in the Nov. 16 fire.

Emergency crews had responded to the house after a report of an explosion and fire.

Officials say crews arrived to find a man with burn and stab wounds and two women who had been bound with plastic straps. All three were taken to the hospital in critical condition. Jimenez was found dead inside the home.

One person also suffered smoke inhalation.

Fire officials determined the cause of the fire to be arson.
