BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — A University of Colorado student is being held for investigation of second-degree murder after a fellow student was found stabbed to death early Saturday following an argument off campus.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera (http://tinyurl.com/zk2omql), the Boulder County Coroner's office identified the victim as Sean Hudson, 26, of Greenfield, Ind., and said the official cause of death is pending.
Boulder police identified the suspect as Ian Scheuermann.
University of Colorado Boulder Chancellor Philip P. DiStefano issued a statement calling the stabbing senseless.
There were no listings in court records for Scheuermann or an attorney.
