LAS VEGAS (AP) — The case against a 66-year-old Reno man accused of driving despite feeling a seizure just before a fatal crash has been dismissed, thanks to a state law that allows his criminal charges to be settled out of court. Sheldon Berg faced two vehicular manslaughter charges in the deaths of a 2-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl.
