INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Colts quarterback Andrew Luck has a lacerated kidney and will miss between two and six weeks. The club says that Luck also suffered a partial tear of an abdominal muscle in Sunday's win over Denver. Veteran Matt Hasselbeck will fill in while Luck recuperates.

ST. LOUIS (AP) — St. Louis right-hander Lance Lynn has had Tommy John surgery and will be sidelined all of next season. The operation repaired a torn ulnar collateral ligament while having the ulnar nerve transposed and bone chips removed. The 28-year-old Lynn was 12-11 with a 3.03 ERA last season.

HONOLULU (AP) — Colorado Rockies shortstop Jose Reyes was arrested Oct. 31 after an argument with his wife that police say turned physical at a resort in Hawaii. Maui police say in a statement that Reyes' wife was treated by medics at the scene then transported to a hospital for treatment. The 32-year-old Reyes posted $1,000 in bond and was released.

COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) — Third-ranked Maryland has lost starting guard Dion Wiley for an estimated four months after he underwent surgery to repair a torn right meniscus. Coach Mark Turgeon called the development a big loss for the team. The sophomore appeared in all 35 games for the Terrapins last season.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett has pleaded guilty to a count of driving while impaired. His sentence calls for a three-day alcohol education program and a fine of $400. After being suspended for last week's game by coach Urban Meyer, Barrett has been reinstated as the club's starting quarterback.
