NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms with six of their 10 draft picks Monday, including safety Calvin Lowry, defensive tackle Jesse Mahelona and defensive back Cortland Finnegan.
Linebacker Stephen Tulloch, linebacker Spencer Toone and running back Quinton Ganther also agreed to deals. Vince Young, running back LenDale White, linebacker Terna Nande and receiver Jonathan Orr are unsigned.
Lowry, a fourth-round pick, made 26 starts in 39 games with Penn State, where he had 163 tackles and nine interceptions. He also returned punts.
Tulloch, another fourth-round pick, had seven sacks at North Carolina State last season.
Mahelona, one of two fifth-round picks, played two seasons at Tennessee where he had seven sacks, 16 quarterback pressures and 26 1/2 tackles for loss.
Finnegan, the first of three seventh-round picks, was first-team All-Ohio Valley Conference three times at Samford, where he had nine interceptions and forced three fumbles. He set the Division I-AA record for career kickoff return average at 28.3 yards per return.
Toone played three years at Utah, where he had 113 tackles as a senior. Ganther was the Titans' final pick, and he ran for 1,120 yards on 205 carries and seven touchdowns as a senior.
