LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) — The Chicago Bears have elevated quarterback David Fales from the practice squad.
Fales figures to back up Jimmy Clausen when the Bears visit defending NFC champion Seattle this week, with Jay Cutler nursing a hamstring injury.
Chicago drafted Fales in the sixth round out of San Jose State in 2014.
The Bears also waived cornerback Bryce Callahan on Tuesday.
