RENO, Nev. (AP) — The owner of a home in Sun Valley suffered minor burns after his garage caught on fire.
Firefighters responded to a report of a fire at the home on Ranch Court north of Reno about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The homeowner whose name was not released was treated by paramedics at the scene for minor burns to his leg and face.
Crews extinguished the flames before they spread to the house.
No one else was hurt and two dogs at the home were reported to be fine.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
