YERINGTON, Nev. (AP) — The Nevada Highway Patrol says one person was severely injured Sunday in a single-vehicle wreck in Lyon County.
KRNV-TV in Reno reports (http://bit.ly/1KUPSRP) that the incident happened around 11 a.m. at Nevada 339 and Weed Heights.
Authorities say a vehicle carrying four people struck a telephone pole.
One person was ejected and was airlifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The NHP did not release the conditions of the three other people or what led to the crash.
