LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities say a man was likely intoxicated when he hit a parked Las Vegas police motorcycle and then fled the scene.

Police say 29-year-old Brian Bradford, of Las Vegas, was booked Saturday on charges of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

According to police, Bradford was driving on West Tropicana Avenue near Cameron Street around 2:30 a.m.

Investigators say he failed to slow down his Nissan Frontier and rear-ended a stopped police motorcycle, which rear-ended a stopped Toyota Camry.

They say a 5-year-old woman was sitting in the front passenger seat of the Toyota and suffered minor injuries.

Bradford allegedly fled but was quickly found by an officer.
