SALT LAKE CITY - There are a few options for parents when it comes to keeping kids from wandering off. Most rely on cell signals or radio frequencies, but neither of those would work in several remote mountain ranges.
A Utah dad who created another option called a Kiband. It's a bracelet that uses bluetooth instead of a cell signal.
