The majority of American consumers surveyed recently aren't fans of the standard car dealership experience. In fact, 75 percent said they would consider making their entire car-buying process online, if it were available. Randy Sobey and Todd Lutes tapped into this trend and are using online auto sales as the basis for their dealership, eMotorsWest.com.
Randy says their business is booming, and they're getting as many as 25 leads daily because people know their quality and how they take care of customers. That's why so many are willing to buy a product thousands of miles from where they live, practically sight unseen, because eMotors West is known for their honesty and bringing in some of the best used cars.
eMotors West is an online car dealership serving hundreds of customers every month. They have an operation in Idaho and another in Sacramento, California that is family-owned. What sets them apart is how they do a comprehensive 132-point inspection on every car before it leaves the lot. eMotors West takes care of anything they find and even handles things as simple as oil and filter changes or upgrading tires and brakes so cars are completely serviced before they go out the door. And each car is highly detailed so they're ready for delivery, meaning a nicer vehicle period.
eMotors West is focused on Toyota products and diesel trucks and are actively involved in buying hard-to-find items that no one has, making them invaluable to customers.
They believe at eMotors West is if you do something right and give the consumer a great product, they will come back to you again and will recommend the dealership to friends and family. Owners Randy and Todd each have 30 plus years of experience in the auto business. They jumped wholeheartedly into their new business and developed a reputation strong enough that production has doubled in one year of being open in Idaho.
