Sub Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt, the largest liquid nitrogen ice cream franchise, is celebrating its 10th anniversary at their store in Provo. The event will be celebrating the franchise, founded by two Utah natives and launched from Provo, which reached it's 10th successful year of business this year. The event will be from 12:00 P.M to 4:00 PM at 1774 N. University Parkway Provo, UT 84601. All those in the local community are invited to enjoy the experience with the Sub Zero team.
During the event Sub Zero will be offering free ice cream of the Founder's Favorite, a mystery sensation, along with raffles, prizes, face painting and pictures with Sub Zero's Yeti. The owners and founders, of Sub Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt, Jerry and Naomi Hancock will be present to discuss the history of the franchise and take part in the festivities.
The Sub Zero Provo store at Brigham's Landing opened in 2008 and have been amazing their customers with the ability to flash freeze ice cream with liquid nitrogen. Recently Jerry and Naomi took Sub Zero's patented process to ABC's Shark Tank, where they discussed their patented process with the "sharks". After their appearance the company experienced a tremendous amount of growth, taking the small franchise to 45 plus locations in a short span of time.
Sub Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt offers catering by bringing a nitrogen tank and the ingredients of your choice to almost any location imaginable. Additionally they offer educational school assemblies to teach students of all ages about the fun of chemistry and the properties of nitrogen.
