The three acquisitions are Auto Exposure Ltd, which allows car dealers to sell cars online, Interbase Ltd which runs the "productionbase.co.uk" website, for freelancers in the UK TV and film industries, and The Appointment Ltd, which runs the retail recruitment sites "inretail.co.uk" and "retailcareers.co.uk".
The company said it has paid an initial 12.3 mln stg, after valuing the companies at 17 mln stg. The combined turnover of the three businesses as given by their latest full year results was about 4.5 mln stg, the company said.
