SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Classes have resumed at the University of Utah after air conditioning issues in eight of the campus's 300 buildings forced cancelations.
KUTV-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1HwedgL ) that professors either canceled or moved classes Monday after some of the air conditioning equipment stopped working. Air conditioning was restored Monday afternoon.
Officials say heat in eight classrooms impacted 35 of roughly 2,000 summer classes.
