DENVER (AP) — The Denver Nuggets selected point guard Nikola Radicevic with the 57th pick in the NBA draft on Thursday night.

Radicevic, 21, from Serbia, was the second point guard the Nuggets picked in the draft. They selected Emmanuel Mudiay in the first round, with the seventh-overall pick.

The 6-foot-5, 200-pound Radicevic spent the last three seasons playing with Sevilla in the ACB league in Spain. He averaged 7.2 points and 3.2 assists in 33 games for Sevilla in 2014-15.

The Nuggets bolstered their backcourt with the two picks, raising speculation that veteran point guard Ty Lawson could be moved. Lawson has been the subject of trade rumors since the season ended April 12.
